I had a great experience with the service department as well. Tim provided outstanding, incredibly quick service for my initial inspection.
Called today to get help with my sled. The service department was very rude and not welling to help. Even though they had 2 hours before the closed they just wanted to get me off the phone. We informed them that we were over 50 miles way from our destination and stranded. No sympathy to help a customer that is desperate. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere.

On a yearly back pack trip of the UP, a friend broke an A Arm on his sled. We called ahead to order one. They overnighted the part, we walked in at 5 mins to closing time, friday night to get the part. (We intended to find a way to sneak on ourselves) The manager had a mechanic stay and put it on, and even scrounged up some other parts we needed! Totally amazing!
